Chrispin Bosire is a practicing Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Certified Professional Mediator and an Internet Governance Fellow. He holds a Masters’ Degree in Human Rights and Democratisation in Africa (Distinction, Pretoria), Bachelor of Laws degree (Hons, Moi University, 2018), and Postgraduate Diploma in Law (Kenya School of Law, 2019-2020).
His practice majors on the intersection between technology, digitization and human rights, such as privacy and data protection. He is an Internet Governance Fellow and researches on internet democracy in Africa. His interest lies in aspects of exercising digital rights as a subset of the mainstream human rights regime. He has written on election technology and accountability, media freedom and regulation, digital identity, leveraging on technology in implementation of socioeconomic rights.
He currently practices Strategic Litigation, Commercial and Corporate Law, Property Development and Portfolio Management. He has expertise in Pensions Law, advising Digital Credit Providers, Intellectual Property Law and Conveyancing.
David qualified in February 1993, after obtaining an Honours Degree in Law from Standford University. Since then he has specialised exclusively in family law.
Over the years, David learned that the right approach to his client’s specific needs is the key to success and places great emphasis on ensuring that those needs are met.
With more than 25 years of experience, David deals with all work relating to the breakdown of relationships and the division of the relationship finances.
