L.L.B Hons (Moi) PGD (KSL) Certified Professional Mediator (MTI)
Calvin is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya having Signed the Roll of Advocates on 28th February 2022.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Moi University and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.
He is a Certified Professional Mediator having undertaken training with the Mediation Training Institute (MTI). He has keen interest in commercial litigation, human rights law and litigation, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
He is a member of Amnesty International Kenya (AIK).
His hobbies include football, music and geopolitics.
Education and Biography
TRAINING
David qualified in February 1993, after obtaining an Honours Degree in Law from Standford University. Since then he has specialised exclusively in family law.
APPROACH
Over the years, David learned that the right approach to his client’s specific needs is the key to success and places great emphasis on ensuring that those needs are met.
SPECIALISMS
With more than 25 years of experience, David deals with all work relating to the breakdown of relationships and the division of the relationship finances.
